OptiMA® Workplace In/Out Planner with Magnetic Accessories, Available in 3 Sizes

This large magnetic in/out planner is designed to track up to 32 employees, bringing maximum efficiency, economy, and ease of use to employee location tracking. The planner is available in three sizes: 18" X 24", 24" X 36", or 36" X 24". Employee names are written directly on the dry-erase surface of the in/out board. The status of each person is marked using one of the round colored push-pin style magnetic indicators provided with each unit. Special comments can be added to each employee in the remarks area provided at the end of the columns, such as recording when an employee will return to the office, be out of a meeting, or back from vacation. Setup is easy, and changes can be made in seconds. The kit includes one Red and one Black damp erase marker, installation hardware, and 64 push-pin magnets (32 Black and 32 Red). The boards are able to track up to 32 employees at one time, with rows approximately 1" tall.
