This American made adjustable poster board easel is designed to hold light weight signs, posters, and presentation materials made of poster board or foam board. These poster board easels work well with custom printed dry erase presentation checks. The unit is made with metal heads and comes with locking braces on the supports. There are two way adjustments on the brackets that hold the board or poster in place. Made of a lightweight aluminum alloy construction, the total weight of the unit is just under 3 pounds, making the unit easier to carry in and out of a presentation. The trouble-free telescoping legs allow the height of the easel to be adjusted, and the reliable aluminum clutch locks keep it at that height. The non-mark, non-skid rubber leg tips keep the unit from sliding around or marking up the floor. These practical poster board easels normally ship from the factory in 3–5 business days.

I am holding a 3x5 white board on two of these sturdy stands. While writing or erasing, the white board remains stable.

Hi Jim, this is more of a display easel, we really would not recommend it to support someone writing on it.  However, we do have lower end dry erase easel options and much higher end easel options, and everything in between. 


If you are trying to stick to a price point, or if you already have a dry erase writing surface and you are just looking for an easel, give us a call.  We have a lot of easel solutions that are not even on the site that might suit your needs.  Thank you.

Hi Patrick, thank you for your question. This model will hold about 20 lbs and under. If you're looking for something more sturdy, our Heavy Duty Convention Easel holds up to 50 lbs.

Maximum height: 67-3/8"

Closed height: 34"

Graphic arm extends to 2" depth

Maximum recommended graphic thickness at extend depth: 1-3/4"

Graphic arm closes to 5/8" depth

Maximum recommended graphic thickness at closed depth: 1/2"
