Introducing the HideAway® Whiteboard Privacy Screen from OptiMA®. The HideAway® lets users easily conceal sensitive information on whiteboards and scheduling boards. When an unexpected visitor arrives and sensitive information is on the whiteboard, the white fiberglass shade can be lowered over the whiteboard, keeping the information hidden while confidently using the room without compromise. The HideAway® Whiteboard Privacy Screen also acts as a projection screen. The fiberglass shade material works excellently as a projection medium, allowing for slide shows, PowerPoint presentations, and more to be added to the meeting. It is available in four convenient lengths of 48", 72", 90", and 96" and features a smooth operating clutch mechanism that raises and lowers the fiberglass screen with ease. The HideAway® is available exclusively through OptiMA Inc. and is Made in the USA.

I was so happy to find out this product existed.
I couldn't believe how quickly it came.
I couldn't be happier with how well it does exactly what it's supposed to.
Finally, I was overjoyed to discover that the roll/shade itself comes in and out easily, because:
1. I really want to take it to a printer and have custom art printed on it.
2. I'm extra excited about the idea of getting just an extra roll/shade to have on hand for when I want just a blank canvas to cover my board.

Thank you for your excellent product AND costumer service. This was the fourth white board that I buy for the school and I would definitely use the company again.
This was exactly what we needed for our office. It was very easy to install. When I opened the box I will missing the instructions and an end piece for the screen. I spoke to Tanya with customer service and everything was immediately taken care of. She was able to email me while I was on the phone to confirm the instructions were for exactly the item I purchased and she immediately shipped the missing piece. I was very impressed with the product and company!
The screen is great. Just as described. The only problem was there were several broken parts, but I called customer service and they quickly sent over the new parts so that was great as well.

Our current whiteboard is about 1-1/4" from the wall to the face. Will this screen be compatible with our setup?

Hello Dixon,

That is about a quarter-inch more than we have tested it on. The screen could get caught up on the top of the board's frame but should roll down fine once it cleared the front of the board. You could also consider mounting the screen on a base of some kind if this presents a problem. If you have further questions please don't hesitate to give us a call at 1-866-366-1500

This screen will cover your 8 ft x 5 ft board if you select the 8' option.
